I have no health insurance and I’m going to go to France in a college trip for three weeks next semester and I need a traveler’s insurance. Where can I get such thing? I don’t want to get a whole health insurance.

Squaremouth is a comparison site so has lots of choice. You can sort by price and amount of cover etc.
