Whenever a Squaremouth client has a complaint about how their travel insurance claim was processed, they can ask for Squaremouth to mediate with the Zero Complaint Guarantee.
The Zero Complaint Guarantee is a promise to investigate and mediate the situation if a client feels they were not treated fairly. The guarantee extends to every policy purchased from Squaremouth and applies to all of the insurance carriers. Unless the carrier provides a solution that Squaremouth deems satisfactory, that carrier is removed from the site and their products no longer sold. They will not be reinstated until the situation is resolved.
