Yes.  Several insurance carriers offer travel insurance products that waive the premium for children when traveling with their family.  Some policies will cover one child for each qualified adult at no additional charge.  A few policies cover all children at no additional cost. This usually applies to the base premium only.  Some policies define a child as under age 16 while some will waive the premium if under age 18. Insurance carriers that offer family friendly plans include Travelex, Travel Insured International and Travel Guard.  Please note that some of the deluxe plans with these carriers do not offer this benefit.
