Airlines Expect Full Planes for the Fourth of July

An article from eTurbo News warns that this July 4th holiday weekend will busy for the airlines.  Carriers are expecting planes on domestic routes to be more than 90 percent full on the days surrounding Independence Day.

With a busy holiday weekend ahead, and recent downsizing of many airlines, travelers may experience travel delay.  Travel insurance plans can provide relief when flights are delayed or even canceled.  Travelers can be reimbursed for lodging, food, phone calls and local transportation under the travel delay coverage benefit.  Look closely when getting a travel insurance quote to see if there are dollar limits and requirements for time passed before travel delay coverage begins.  Always refer to the certificate of insurance for details.
