Some travel insurance plans offer life insurance for accidental death and dismemberment. This coverage provides a cash payment for accidental loss of life or limb while traveling. Not every life insurance benefit offered will cover for the entire trip. Some will segment the benefit to cover differently during the flight, than the rest of the trip. Always refer to the certificate of insurance for details.
